TYENT Ionisation Plates

The electrolytic plates constitute the most crucial component of any water ioniser. Most ionisers employ either solid or mesh plates.
Solid plates are renowned for their durability and robustness. However, they conduct electrolysis around the plate’s perimeter, requiring a maximum number of ribs for optimal efficiency.
Mesh plates, while the same size as solid ones, offer increased efficiency due to their additional ribs, resulting in a 25% boost in electrolysis power. Nevertheless, mesh plates have a drawback – their fragile and short-lived nature, attributed to the mesh design.
TYENT South Korea has pioneered a unique solution we refer to as hybrid perforated mesh plates. To date, TYENT stands as the sole company employing such remarkably efficient perforated mesh plates.
The manufacturing process is straightforward. We take a solid plate and perforate it with tiny openings, expanding the available surface area for electrolysis. The hybrid perforated plate combines the durability of solid plates with the maximum interaction surface of mesh plates.
Hybrid plates:
- Do not break.
- Do not deteriorate.
- Do not dissolve.
- Maintain a clean environment.
Constructed from medical titanium and coated multiple times in platinum, these plates offer numerous indisputable advantages over other types. This distinction has enabled TYENT ionisers to secure a prominent position in the market.
Furthermore, the number of plates in an ioniser is just as important as their quality. TYENT SOUTH KOREA manufactures water ionisers equipped with up to 13 hybrid perforated plates. This guarantees potent electrolysis, an expansive interaction surface, high alkaline water pH levels, and optimal negative ORP.
All our TURBO TYENT ionisers are equipped with hybrid perforated mesh plates, underscoring our commitment to delivering top-notch quality and performance.
